Each garland has 10 flags that are 9.5" wide x10.5" tall tissue paper flags already stranded on a cotton string and ready to hang. Each banner is 10 feet long. You can tie garlands together to achieve your desired length. They look amazing as the wind blows them, as well as indoors as they are not blowing.
